The Graham School Foundation Initiatives
The Graham School Foundation works in conjunction with The Graham School to ensure that students are technology-literate as a part of its College and Career Readiness initiative. Teachers work alongside students to strategically implement technology use so that students develop research, writing, and presentation skills using multiple devices including iPads, Chromebooks, laptops, and interactive whiteboards as they learn.
Students at The Graham School eagerly engage in literacy instruction as they are introduced to the new books purchased and donated through the Graham School Foundation. These donations enrich classroom libraries. They also enable students to take books home to build their own libraries. This access to books at home that students can read and reread is vital as they develop the literacy skills needed to become proficient readers who are college and career bound.
